Dokken Built is a Denver design/build team. Our focus is ground-up, new construction residential projects. We’re passionate about maintaining a positive, fun, and industrious environment. We’re looking for an architect, architectural designer, or CAD draftsperson who can help us design and plan projects. 5 or more years of experience creating construction documents for single family homes is ideal. A good attitude, and great communication skills is a must.

General Role and Responsibilities:

- Overall create architectural plans and construction documents, synthesize all the documentation required for permits.

- Coordinate with the planning team, build team, vendors and suppliers.

- Help create systems and procedures for streamlining the design/build process.

- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design and planning discussions.

- Create renderings to communicate design ideas and concepts.

- Review and analyze project specifications, including materials, cost, and timelines.

- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure construction is in line with design intent.

- Help ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

- CAD Experience is a must.

- Single family residential projects is must.

- Archicad experience is a plus.

- Denver residential projects is a plus.
